The simpler you keep things, the easier it is to reach ramen profitability. 

On the other hand, the more complex things are, the more brain power you’ll waste trying to understand them, eventually leading to frustration and giving up.
Take Canva versus Photoshop for instance: experts with specific editing needs will use Photoshop, but most people won’t take the time to learn how to use it, almost all basic needs are covered within Canva that is really simple to use.

With my latest service NextJSDirectory I wanted to make it easy to use for both my customers, and my customer’s customers. Indeed, one of the simplest businesses to run, make money with, and get traffic for is a directory website. I briefly introduced it to you last time but I’m happy to share more about it today as I’m launching on Product Hunt this week and help would be appreciable :).

What is NextJSDirectory?

NextJSDirectory is a boilerplate with all you need to focus on the business and earn recurring revenue through sponsorships, affiliations, or ads.

I coded NextJSDirectory to help ship easily directories without the complexity to code sponsoring mechanism, payment integration, admin interface… Everything is there.

The best part? You don’t need to be a good coder to use it. Once it’s installed, you can add, edit, and delete tools without code.

Different Ways to Earn Money With Directories:

Now let’s come to the money part, because if the financial incentive isn’t there, nobody would want to undertake the project.

There are three main ways to become ramen profitable with directories:

1. Sponsors
   Offer sponsorship opportunities to receive payments from businesses seeking backlinks and exposure to your audience through prominent placement in your niche directory.
   

2. Affiliation

   Use affiliate links on your posts to earn a commission for each person subscribing to any of the services.
   

3. Ads

   Display targeted advertisements, to earn revenue based on clicks or impressions generated by your audience.
